I just stopped reading this chapter after the first panel. If the translation skips a speech bubble in the first page then the quality for the rest of the chapter is to be expected the same.

Oddly enough, opening in a private tab shows them. haven't checked out the stuff but if I can't see with my account I probably blocked either the group or the uploader, and if I did so, probably because of bad quality.

That sounds more like a cookie or cache problem than being blocked or blocking someone on MangaDex, I would first log out and see if they pop up, if not, then delete MangaDex cookies, restart the browser, then see if they show up in a regular tab or not. If they did pop up, then it is probably a blocking issue or something.
