Whatever the case, I really like this manga. Not sure what it is about the whole language barrier monster/human interaction premise, but it's weirdly comfy, lewd, and cool all at the same time.

He's from a country that was destroyed a couple hundred years ago, so even if he was educated enough to know the languages of the surrounding nations, his knowledge would be out of date. Plus he's got no vocal cords, so he can't even speak the "Demon" language of his people, unlike that other created monster he ran into.

You misunderstood me. When I said I'm not sure what it is about it, I meant as to why I enjoy that as a plot premise, not that I don't understand what's going on.
