This confused me a lot and kept me staring at the panels, thinking there's a new stylish character nearby who recognised Yua or her parents and will play a role later in the story. It was kind of hard to accept the artist drew Yua in two places at the same time. That's not an error you'd see even once a year in all the manga one might read here at Mangadex.

Threw me for a loop too, but I realised it's not a mistake, just a bad transition. From that panel on she's back at the table so she must have walked back between the two panels before Otakura bowed goodbye and thanks. Ran out of panels I guess, or just picked a bad place to do the transition. They should have at least done a reaction pane in between.

But she doesn't though. She very specifically says "it's not like I'm like that" when she tells the backstory of her time in primary school. She simply got teased by association because her parents work in a very nerdy/otaku-leaning job. She's also never shown any real familiarity with any particular otaku-ish/nerdy interests except that she uses slime stickers based on a game her parents presumably worked on/around, which she easily could've picked up simply by exposure to things they had from work and not any actual history with the game.
