It's quite old (it's been in constant use for about six years) and it's pretty low-quality, but it holds up (I also apologize for the weird cuts in the scan, I have no idea how to prevent them, they're probably a program's bug).

if you've just been using the same install of windows (or any other operating system honestly) it might be clogged with junk files and softwae which can cause slowness and crashes.
Other than that, you'd need to get a new system which is expensive
