Please, at list give it a try. I'm just trying to give english-speaking people a translation. Either way, it's directly taken from chinese, so please just don't blame on others' works because they're doing the same work as you.

This chapter is certainly an improvement over the previous in terms of quality of scan and translation so continue doing whatever you did between those two. I'd also make absolutely certain you have a mother tongue English speaker they can help with things like translating the "when I wreaked havoc in heaven 500 years ago" idiom which probably given the context is something like "you'd have to get up early in the morning to catch me". Also I'd go back and fix Ch1 at some point the sentences there are quite stilted and don't make sense (which isn't great since that's the point of sentences they make sense of something.)

I enjoyed a lot translating this chapter, most of the improvements are thanks to me being a bit more experienced I think

It's interesting how they share a thought bubble intially implying they be on the same level yet on is a master thief and the other is a rookie cop, all the power is gonna be held in the thiefs hands cause the rookie is out of her depth, as well as not being too good at her job
