Other than Zenith, who was a male last time we saw him(?) and the guild clerk's husband, I don't think we've met these gods. To my recollection, the only ones we've seen are "local gods" which appear to be deified mortals. I'm guessing the ones in this chapter are probably true divine beings, rather just some named monster that ones like Hadesman and the twin foxes from Mishelly's village, who gained power and divinity from being worshipped. That's just speculation on my part, though.

So it seems that the World Tree is supporting Kikuru for some reason. Regardless of the will of the others they support him and seem to be trying to build him up into something to be supported. Maybe build legends about he who lacks any mana becoming a savior to become a God as well.

Well no, it sounds like that goddess turns into a man when going to the world itself to avoid being seen as a goddess. And only reverts to being a women in the divine realm. But it also did say that being a women was her preferred form.
