the herring is positively sanguine
the giraf-kun sidestory will be expanded onGiraffe-kun would have solved this entire mess in one chapter.
I had a theory pop into my mind when reading this. What if it is the brother who can potentially time travel and is targeting Uichi because in the original timeline Yotsuha dies and blames Uichi because she wanted to visit him after remembering all the fun times before she got her heart surgery and while in the process of going to see him and stuff she has her heart problems and died causing her brother who probably has a weird obsession over Yotsuha to blame Uichi for her death causing Clover-san to be born.Count me in for "This is way too simple and easy", too, and thank you for the reassurance that it wasn't just me. I was so afraid this meant the series had gotten an abrupt axe.
For my money, this a reinforces my theory that Clover is her brother using the family power of time travel. It's right up a time-traveler's alley to have turned Rei against Uichi all that long ago.
(And if Clover can't time travel, the author has a WHOLE lot of explaining/setup to do for why Clover started picking on Uichi all those years ago and calling him a murderer.
Honestly I had him pegged! His character type I compare to "Hikaru Gosunkugi" from "Ranma 1/2"trash human

thank you for translating
I don't believe this (a few factors make it unlikely), but… what if Uichi's shock and nervousness when Yotsuha says it's hasty to decide Rei is Clover, is because he killed Rei last night?Oh darn, Uichi really went off to confront him alone...and going by his reaction afterwards, something went down between them...
Yup, pretty much. That's the logical backdrop.I had a theory pop into my mind when reading this. Indeed. Back when I first realized bro's the most likely culprit, my guess was that Mommy Dearest went insane from all the looping she did… and we haven't seen anything more about their family (yet) that would contradict it. To me, it seems really likely that Sensei was influenced by the original Butterfly Effect movie.Guys, I know the culprit must be her brother, hacker girl or rei. Still I think we are missing something yotsuya said: her brother doesn't want to live with her, so there is a reason. The unknown story about her father and the face her brother showed to her when asked about him. The one that 'hated' her the most was her mother. So maybe there is something beyond her brother in their family, even more that time travel is involved.
People in this thread are saying they think this time travel stuff runs in the family, I wonder if that means it'll turn out that the watch has no special powers and Yotsuha can time travel without it or something? Maybe the watch will stop working and we'll think she can't time travel but then she ends up doing it anyway?
that peak is probably going to end soon tho.
Surely not. Whenever Yotsuha time travels every thing, including her illness, gets restored to the state of that time, EXCEPT her watch. When she first time travelled her watch is pristine. Then the more she used it gets worn and doesnt return to its pristine condition, until the latest state where its pretty much broken.People in this thread are saying they think this time travel stuff runs in the family, I wonder if that means it'll turn out that the watch has no special powers and Yotsuha can time travel without it or something?
