Personally, I hated this. I will drop this like many people have already. This fight just dragged on and on like it's Sakuraba vs Royce Gracie. I still thought he should've won, but given who the author is...that would be too much like right. No point in mentioning weight disadvantage, MMA moves, or realism. The obvious has already been beaten to death here in the comments. I wanted to see the JK version of "the innovator of violence" Tommy Dreamer loses here and shows "there's levels to this" like for example Ippo sparring session against Ricardo Martinez. It's OK for your characters to lose against someone far more superior than them then having the plot save their ass. She won't suffer any real consequences, humiliation, nor shatter ego here. Only her opponents. And that makes for boring writing to me just like how I found the writing in Kakegurui to be boring. I won't be sticking around for Walmart version of Yumeko to preach about vIoLeNcE, then proceed to get her ass handed to her in a no win situation only for the asspull at the end. Just like Kakegurui, if the poster girl wasn't some tired out trend of being crazy, and attractive with giant bazonga this would be much lower than a 7.8 rating here.
Agreed bro, man I wish they showed us her losing and being defeated, as she was being handed her ass the whole time. The guy was winning in the fight until that happened. I get like the author or the chapter wanted to show you should be humble and prepare for the streets as you never know what's going to happen, but they could've showed that without her losing, like he somehow managed to escape and beat her, and then guy realizes huh he actually might've lost there and trains more and she takes the defeat. Could've been more interesting that way.

Look man if she's allowed to "cheat" by any means to achieve true violence. Who's to say someone can't just pop her off midfight.

You do realize it wasn't technically cheating, as she was allowed to fight however she wants (as her handicap). His fault for underestimating, and thinking she had no chance to begin with. Also I'm sure you've seen what happens in manga, mfs be deflecting bullets with their swords and dodging them like the matrix. You think they gonna let the girl on the fucking cover die lmao.

Man this would have been better as a murder series like the oneshot. Instead we get this dogshit that strains suspension of disbelief way too far.
Stfu cuck. Its literally a manga with a highschool girl that beats up gangsters and mma fighters 4x her size. All logic was thrown out the window from ch 1, and your dumbass still read it.

At this point I'm waiting for everyone to get filtered so I can enjoy my baki/kengan like without having to deal with people complaining that a woman winning is too far for them to believe but if the smaller meeker guy with no experience pulled it out of his ass it would have been hype. I will say I'm legit glad she's so strong cause you don't see many women in manga like this, it's refreshing.
Lmao fr. All im reading is. WAH WAH WAH, THIS IS BREAKING THE SUSPENSION OF DISBELIEF, THIS SHOILD BE A ONE SHOT WAH WAH WAH. Like stfu goofy ah clowns. Just drop the manga if it's too silly, and go back to your super realistic vampire yaoi manga.
