None of these fish are actually alive. The squid is 100% dead. Squid turn translucent white immediately after they die. They are moving because of energy stored in nerve endings called ATP or adenosine triphosphate. When they are touched, or have salt added it causes involuntary muscle spasms after death. Causing them to move. None of these fish are still alive.
