I'm almost entirely certain that the victim in the premonition is all but confirmed to be kurase, if you look at the details: in ch. 13 page 29, we can see the skirt and upper legs of the victim; the primary thing of note here is that they appear to be bare-legged - this rules out asagiri, since we can clearly see that she's wearing thigh-high socks. it also likely isn't suika as it really wouldn't make much sense from a plot perspective, since she barely interacts with asagiri so there's little to no motive for him to stab her. it also likely isn't fujibayashi for the same reason as suika, but it's also somewhat supported by the fact that the victim appeared to be wearing a blazer - meanwhile we've never seen fujibayashi wear one, even when everyone else around her was.

the only thing that somewhat doesn't line up is the blazer on the victim: kurase has hers open, and the only one who regularly wears it closed like the victim does is asagiri - however it's much more likely that kurase simply buttoned up her blazer due to the rain than it is that asagiri took off her thigh-highs. there's also the fact that the victim's blazer seems to only reach the top of their skirt (like asagiri's does), meanwhile kurase's blazer usually reaches almost all the way down to the bottom of her skirt - however that can most likely be explained by the blazer getting pulled up as a result of having to cover up kurase's large *ahem* "assets".

hear hear, this trope of the first gal to show up is the main one and most of the times she is over the top caricature of a modern tsundere got old as soon as it started.
Do you remember the name of the one you cited? I'm a curious guy. would like to see the general plot to see what these authors are cooking.
