The main thing that makes me mad about Kanna's inevitable loss is she's putting in the most effort and she's not hiding it. Her connection is the weakest but she's going after Tenchi in a way the other girls could only dream. It'd be one thing if she was derailing the other girls' plans or always 3rd-wheeling/box-blocking, or playing dirty, but she's not. She's just set a target who isn't disinterested and isn't letting him escape by turning his spine to jelly.
(I also think that the author gave a pretty good reaon for Ten to reject her, that being her modeling career and agency rules.)

Like I appreciated Hima's efforts in the last arc, but she was being INCREDIBLY sus; her only drive was to derail Ten confessing to Honoka and wasn't honest with her intentions. Normally her seduction plan would be fine, but the motivations are bad.

Yeah Kanna has weirdly become the best girl out of them due to how courageous she's been in her advances. She's been very fair despite the hand she's been given. The author always gave her short bursts of momentum that briefly put her ahead of the other two.

Honoka has been fine, she really had something going until the author put in the "wait a month" setup. It still feels really contrived.

Hima is probably my least favorite right now due to how dirty she's playing. I get her reasons but the only way she's been making advances is through gaslight Ten. Which really puts a bad taste in my mouth

I'm not about to forget how Hima treated him at every start as well.
Feels weird that the ex-idol now teacher who has been regularly inserting herself into all this drama is suddenly NOT pushing Honoka to be proactive.
