I rarely use the feature here, only on a guy that was very annoying and who striked my stuff a few years back and someone I don't have much of an idea why I put him on that list.

I gotta disagree, I have found some posters on the manga section that are awful/annoying. I very much use this feature.
Plus there is some users even on this side that write some really weird stuff that made me have to block them.

i think it's understandably a standard feature on all platforms, i'm just wary of how discourse on a public forum can be impacted if multiple users are (sometimes readily) pruning these one-way communications, even more so with how the ignore function works on mangadex—you have no indication that an ignored user has posted at all, and also can easily forget that their messages aren't showing up on your feed at all (inb4 "working as intended", yes i'm aware lol. i just prefer something like Discord's functionality)

these are just my thoughts though, i know everyone can ignore whoever they want at any time for any reason, but i personally view it as a last resort

Are we sure it isn't going to get another part like what happened with part 2? Either way I still have it marked as finished at part 1 when that was the newest part.
