Ok so are we to assume the skills of the other items are ass when not stacked? That “absolute severance’s” wording seemed pretty clear that it cuts anything within line of sight? Shouldn’t that be OP regardless? Or as another example maybe the mirror couldn’t send things through? IDK they all seem kinda insane

Yea I'm guessing its since his level is so high. Otherwise, if he was cautious, I'm not sure how Pot-san died with an OP cutting skill and being able to sustain himself with cooking.
