thank you for the chapter, during that end conversation I kept expecting either of the two policewomen to actually be Butterfly or Mao. I'm hoping best girl Butterfly will get a chance to run it back. I like that their supervisor seems to be secretly advocating reformation by yuri. I wonder if her stance on reformative justice is the result of some mysterious backstory of hers and could result in an explanation for or the origin of her ara ara prowess.

Doesn't feel like the master thieves changed at all really, what was she like when she was still a criminal? Cause now it just kinda feels like she decided to use her powers for good without much reason, then reason comes when she meets her fated one
Doesn't quite feel like redemption or even close as her mindset isn't set on making up for her crimes, just wooing the girl

The development of the character of Qiu Changye can't just be analyzed reading dialogies, her main conflict is based on her lack of intelligence when it's about catching criminals, even if it's the thing she most want to do. While Xia Momo's development is to learn to understand others' reasons and to be more understanding with her companion's feelings, which is easily connected with the low self-esteem of the other protagonist.
