  • bashful & sensitive Childhood Friend
  • sporty charismatic & attractive guy
  • shota in this very chapter
I give you the childhood Friend as the one getting cucked, but the others are supposed to fill the netori role (the one who steals the girl) but those are character types you usually don't see in that role. The netori character is usually a cocky asshole (like the male version of our MC) or a creepy old man. So my point stands. She might think she's collecting a lineup of netori characters but those are just pretty boys.

The censorship definitely makes it all look worse, to the point where I can't imagine anything but the supposed uncensored versions people are mentioning as being more tame by a mile. Would that mean that the uncensored versions were actually the censored versions all along?

Reiko herself said that she was doing all this as prep work, with the goal of not actually "enacting the NTR finale" until at least the end of high school.

She stated she intends to collect the pieces needed and the mold them herself over time to become what she needs them to be.

This is a long-form manga playing out NTR tropes over a sequence of years. Expecting them all to be the ideal iteration of their role at the outset is silly.

Like I said--I expect this to not go the way Reiko expects it to, as I maintain this is a critique and subversion of the genre, but through the lens of a protagonist who believes she's faithfully creating all the tropes to a desired goal to satisfy her fetish.

But it's absolutely all tied into NTR archetypes, even if the actual progression of the story runs counter or divergent of them.

just quick note, but this ln goes off the wall later

like damn, it was going so well then boom

Author thinks it would be a cool idea to have super natural stuff start to show up, first it started low, MC showed that she can defeat bullies and bad people/NTR target that she deems won't work out.

Then bam, a teacher showed up with an artificial intelligence phone loaded with hypnosis app like in those hentai, which, for some reason doesn't work on the MC.

Bad enough, apparently behind the app is a "professor", and the second phone showed up with another artificial intelligence, I think at this point jp reader riot or something cause that plot point got drop, MC crush the second phone with her barehand, killing the 2nd AI and the professor never got brought up again

BUT

The MC starts to show that she has super power. Yes, I'm not fucking kidding, she legit has super strength, she can crushed steel and she has super vision AND super hearing too.

There is no end game in sight and the goalpost move from high school to university now
I'm so looking forward for the chaos :dogkek:

Honestly, the censorship is comedic at this point, noone should expect anyone in the manga to get laid on panel, especially not our Hero(ine). This is almost as laughable as YandereDev redeeming themselves.

Except it isn't. Reiko just thinks it is, but that doesn't make it true. If you actually read NTR stuff, you'll see these aren't NTR archetypes at all. The only character that fits into NTR archetypes is Reiko's male version, and maybe Yuki-kun.

So, I feel like I have an obligation to warn people.

I have not read this particular manga and novel, but I know the genre. This is a "clouding" genre story, and I have seen one or two clouding type stories. The MC's are scum, their goals are awful, they inflict psychological trauma on their companions, and if they get their comeuppance it's only once everyone else is irrepairably broken. Yeah, it might end up in a wacky reverse harem, but it will be a debauched and insane one.

If you continue to read this manga hoping or expecting it to have a good ending or the protagonist to fail, you are highly likely to experience the same thing that happened to the first people to stumble onto a NTR doujin before the term became well-known. You will hurt yourself watching through the crack in the door.

If you're interested in experiencing the protagonist steadily destroying all the mentality of her friends bit-by-bit, by all means be my guest.
