Well that's obviously assuming you're on the forums all the time, which....I guess most people here are.
:fml:
I generally have about six or seven tabs open in my main PC browser, and MD is three of them (Updates [mainsite], Threads with my posts, and What's new [both forums]). That keeps me on top of the important things (translation: allows me to ignore work during the week that much easier :meguusmug: ).

All I will say is: those are rookie numbers....

😅
I have bookmarks for the things I don't need open all the time, which is almost everything - the other regular tabs are my main personal email, my Discogs collection, the only other forum I'm on (not manga/anime related), and the MD Discord.

Also, I shut my computer down entirely every night and boot it up in the morning. Because I'm old. :haa:

making a discord server kind of fragmented the forum users a bit ngl
Nah, it's just going back to what it was originally, a more quiet but active forum. That's just how it goes mostly:
We get new users -> place is lively -> some leave, some stay -> it starts to slow down for awhile -> we get new users -> etc etc

It's pretty surprising how long it took this time around for it to slow down actually.

Yeah, I do use bookmarks, but I never see myself cleaning up the bookmarks, so I'd rather just keep the tab open instead of adding a bookmark. And while I do turn off my PC as well (do kids these days not turn off their PC?), I have my browser set up to continue where I left off when I open it. So the tabs I had when I closed my browser are opened again when I start up my browser.
