If I recall correctly, the WN had the sisters in the opposite positions, with the gyru older sister being the one trying to sacrifice herself - she acted as a sloppy gyru so she was worth less to the family, and was a better sacrifice option.

Likewise, the younger sister acted hateful and bratty to her older sister, because she knew the sister was getting sacrificed and couldn't bear to get closer to her when she was going to lose her.

But adaptions always change things around, but these changes seem kinda needless, and a little worse than the original version.
It'd just make sense that the older sister was willing to be sacrificed for the younger, and that being a gyru (in such a 'proper' family) would be a means of ensuring so. If she isn't the chosen sacrifice, her fashion choices seem a little out of place when looking at her family.
you forgot the a in gyaru

Yeah, i'll write a bit more detail below if someone wants to know...

First of, the Angel's name is Koume, Lucifer is like a last name, there are several characters with that name so i won't call her that. Anyway, Koume and Ginko are considered FMC's, they both live with Natsuki. They both confess to him at the same time, and he accepts both of them. Koume seems like the favored one by the author as she is on all the covers...

The sisters are NOT love interests! Yeah, it's surprising but they do not show any romantic interest in Natsuki. They are basically side characters that pop up from time to time. Which is not really a surprise since this story has soooooo many characters introduced every arc.

A bit about Kazuto... You can consider him the second MC. Even Natsuki himself said if he weren't around Kazuto would be the main "Hero". He also has dormant powers on a Hero's level, that leak out sometimes. He is around in most of the arc's, which also means he has a few love interests... One being Jessie, Jack's younger sister. Her human form is the same as Jack and Nancy's, a blond sporty girl in gym clothes (she is a fitness trainer). The other one is Amaterasu, the goddess that replaces Mizuchi, the antagonist of the sisters arc. She is actually Kazuto's gaming buddy that is love with him before even meeting him IRL. The only problem is she is a shut in that loves alcohol, and for that reason she has a beer belly which she hates. She is insecure because of it and doesn't want Kazuto to reject her for that. So the sisters hire Jessie to train her... Yeah, one love interest is helping the other get in shape for the same guy (and they both have no idea) :lul:

There is also a third one, Samael, but she is an older lady. I think she is a streamer which Kazuto likes to watch. It's not clearly stated that she is in love with him but the author teases about it a few times.

It's been a while since i read the WN, so if someone finds some mistake, be sure to correct me. Thanks
I appreciate your effort to convey the WN's greatness but the manga is way inferior, I wait the daily chapter eagerly but barely care about the manga.

But the first time someone fucked with him he chopped her in half?

He put her back together afterwards, but he doesn't have any sort of restraint; he's just a fucking idiot whose so powerful that his mistakes don't matter.
That was because he didn't know how powerful he was compared to this world's standards. At that time, he didn't even know that the world he was living in had supernatural powers and the existence of other deities such as aliens, gods, angels, etc.

He fought her because he was wary of her and used his weapon, not expecting her to be so weak that he could kill her in one strike.

its wild how I feel like nothing interesting has happened so far besides the fucking random alien lmao

This series has been going on for 1 FUCKING YEAR but the pacing feels horrible :aquadrink:

this feels like a worse version of "
Isekai-gaeri no Yuusha wa, Dungeon ga Shutsugen Shita Genjitsu Sekai de, Influencer ni natte Kane o Kasegimasu!" if you can sort of get the similarities :aquadrink: but even that manga also has bad pacing

I'm going to make a folder "real dirty stuff" and fill it with pictures of soil. That should distract any snoopers.
Careful, or they'll think you actually get off to images of soil.
Indeed, they completely twisted the story, in the web novel the gyaru sister was the sacrifice, after MC was "invited" and dislike dhow the elders behaved he threw a comment about the younger sister being a better sacrifice as her origins were clear and therefore would have fit best as a god sacrifice, that made her scared shitless on the spot and the elders actually pondered on the idea of switching them that I think they did.

MC accepted to kill the land god after the mother asked it, no need for a blackmail, even if I think the manga version matches better with the initial concept of him living for himself and ignoring such absurd request from a group of people that was openly hotile to him, but forcing it with the mother inviting a perfect unknown girl in their house was a bad take.

As you said the gyaru behaved so that it would easier to select her, and the bratty sister tried to cut her off to avoid the pain, but there was even one of the elder planning some move to avoid the sacrifice, I don't remember now if it was using some artifacts, fight herself or let her escape, anywya, the gyaru wasn't detested by everybody like she thought.

I honestly believe that some changes web novels get in serializations is to justify the editor paycheck, as several times I believe the original writing was already perfect and altering it only lowered the quality, usually with garbage overused cliches (for example Raising of Shield hero, got MC having to run a chocobo race with the Spear hero, nothing like that in the original story).
That's really a shame. Sounds completely different from this version, where people are being a prick to the MC for virtually no reason, even after he demonstrated that he completely outclasses them AND prefer to live a peaceful life, yet they keep trying to press his buttons.

And by people, I meant the angel. This is supposed to be the love interest? At least make her the entertaining kind of asshole, like Hiruma from Eye Shield 21 or Momoka from Sabagebu.
Doing so would probably anger Heaven. Can't live a normal life with the Heavenly Host trying to kill you for revenge.
Killing is way too far, but I'm sure a whack on the head or two wouldn't hurt. Besides, didn't she say in chapter 7 that she can't hurt humans? Still hasn't gotten the comeuppance for that one.

I'd like to say that maybe Heaven would be slightly more understanding towards MC's problems, but given everyone else's personalities so far... yeah.

Despite everything in the comment, finally some proper character development. For anyone in the manga :kek:
The aliens was nice, but their story is a simple one. Only now we got some sort of character breakdown after excruciating 9 chapters worth of junkies looking to screw over the protagonist over nothing.

There is nothing to help, she is actually a selfish piece of shit. We were fooled by that 1st encounter to believe that it's the charms fault for her bad behavior. But in reality the charm did nothing but move her feeling towards the other guy. Natsuki thought about forgiving her but choses not to since she didn't once apologize for her actions and fails to see how she hurt others no matter how much he explained it to her. Even Kazuto who was in love with her said "how the hell did i love someone like that!?" :kek:

Later she even tried to form a contract with an evil modern god just to get what she wanted...

Natsuki even asked his teacher, who is the god Tsukuyomi, would she turn out different if there was no charm, at which he answered probably not. Then he explained how the charm works if i remember correctly.
Is she even doing anything bad? Like I don't think we saw her since he kicked the charm user in the nuts. Isn't her story pretty much done when he stops the charm user?

+10 points for making him not give a flying fuck about this random family that's tried to kill him.

-15 points for making the reason he'll do it anyway the worst attempt at blackmail I've ever seen.

He doesn't really like killing, iirc. He had a traumatic and lengthy life in the other world, and what's keeping him going is the fact that he can return to his home in Japan and live peacefully. All he wants is to rest in a comfortable bed, eat delicious food, and have fun without worrying about war, betrayal, or being killed in his sleep. If he starts killing, it would be no different from going back to that world.
There's a Korean manga called My Dad is Too Strong who have the exact premise of this story.

Average Guy is Isekaied into a Murin World. There he endures a hellish training, he fights countless battles, wins followers and suffer a lot of betray. The MC reaches the very top of that Murin World and he's send back to his previous world. He like the kid wants to live a peaceful life in his original world... But like here shit happens that interrupt his peaceful time (like suddenly adoption a niece)

Why My Dad is Too Strong is enjoyable to read and NOT frustrating like this story? Because the protagonist in My Dad is Too Strong ALWAYS PORTRAIT THAT HE'S THE MOST POWERFUL BASTARD IN THE STORY!! Some jerk mess with him he immediately beat the crap out of him WITHOUT KILLING THEM... Not like this kid that just Ignores... Ignores... and Ignores...

Up to where I read the novel, stopped aroudn 60 chapters but want to pick it back up, the angel wasn't bad, didn't think much and a musclebrain but didn't force MC to do stuff he didn't want to, could have changed later sure, but she wasn't involved with this arc.
She was even weaker than MC; in this adaptation they make it look like their fight was close, but he defeated her with much more ease in the web novel.

This makes me believe that
the fight with the land god will take several chapters or pages when in the web novel it was very quick, like just a couple moves, BUT it wasn't that the land god was weak, he was truly a powerhouse and MC admitted it was one of the strognest being he fought, he HAD to end it quickly, his final blow literally changed the area terrain.

Eh, aren't you being too hasty here, pal? You can't just compare 2 main characters from different stories. What I did was analyze this manga's main character and justify his behavior based on his personality. I don't know about the Korean manga you mentioned, but in this manga, the main character likes to take it slow to enjoy and reminisce about the home he used to live in. He cried when he saw his mom, and he even cried when he saw his bastard friend who liked to steal his girl.

He didn't know that the world he was living in had supernatural powers and the existence of other deities such as aliens, gods, angels, and so on when he first arrived in this world, and he's slowly learning about and getting to know his home. There's a possibility that his mental age reverted to that of a high schooler and only his memories were retained to help him adapt to his surrounding environment without any unnecessary PTSD from the war. And if you think about it, his opponents never threatened his mom or family, and he could just play along to see where things were going because it was interesting, like in the alien case.
