I'm pretty sure they're from Western Europe. They go to sleep at midnight in Germany, Spain, France, etc.

They also wake up at 6 or 7 a.m. in these same countries.

Going to bed by midnight is something young people do everywhere nowadays. And K.Angel doesn't seem to speak any Latin language, so definitely no.
