Rule proposal (and since the ask that 'new rules be proposed via DM' is, itself, not a rule... ):

Anyone with a panda in their PFP gets their daily reaction score calculated by subtracting their prior day's score from their current sitewide reaction score at the time of the daily update (thus eliminating the thread limitation while still making the calculation a simple one).

@Kogane, add a new rule, A player designated as K.Angel may, once per 24-hour period during the scoring tally, exercise Authority over the outcome of random effects.

When Authority is invoked:
1. All random effects applied during that tally are treated as their most neutral outcome, and
2. K.Angel may select one (1) random effect to instead resolve at its most favorable possible outcome.

This decision must be declared at the start of tallying.

If no random effects occur, KAngel may instead grant themselves a +3 point adjustment for each (5) pointer.
