Hmm, I thought Rudeus and Sylphy are already married at this point, yet here it says they're still engaged?
Rudeus's fiancée is my granddaughter.
The word used is 結婚相手 (kekkon aite, marriage partner), which could very well mean fiancé/fiancée, or spouse, according to context. But why would the human translator and the rest of the team who have been following the story not know that they've already gotten married?

E-even though he's getting married...
でも たとえ 結婚...していたとしても
Isn't していた past tense?

Also in chapter 114:
Don't worry, I know you're already engaged.
安心してください
ルディが既婚者だということは知っています
既婚者 (kikonsha, married person), (already + marry + person)
NOT
婚約 (kon'yaku, betrothal), (marry + promise)
