Can I retroactively label my chapter uploads from before making my group as part of it?

I made a group called Eye-Moz Scans, for easier tracking of works, but I had already uploaded some stories before making the group. Can I retroactively add my group to the previous works I myself uploaded ? Or is this not allowed by the rules?

I think that's a common practice, I've seen it countless times. The only thing not allowed is claiming something that's not as your own scanlations, and they literally are. Normally people upload their first chapters without a group name (in fact, you can't claim a group without claiming a chapter as your own) and, if they form a group or decide to be known as one, create the group to add all their scans to it.

Do I have to add my end credit page to every single previous chapter upload? Or is changing the group on the page edit enough?

Credits pages are optional, what the rules say is that when you upload a chapter that already exists elsewhere you need to include everything originally posted, including the credits page. You don't need to go to the trouble of adding one to every single upload you made.

I won't get penalized for suddenly adding about 100 chapters to my group right?

Yes, literally every upload you made became part of your group. If you edited all of them, you don't need to do anything.

Hi, just for future reference: if you've created a group, there’s nothing stopping you from adding your existing uploads to it. The only requirement is that the work is yours and you aren't claiming someone else's translations as your own by adding it to your group.
