At this point I won't even be surpised if some point in the future Japan actually pushes this "swapping partners" through to battle the decreasing birthrate, with how many authors doing this idea šŸ˜‚

I highly doubt it; not every author would dare to use such a stupid idea for their work. And this has nothing to do with the declining birth rate in Japan...

The crisis of creativity is also an aesthetic one.

For how ridiculous the concept is, the reasonings are actually really good. Like, man, I half expected a bullshit opening like every H+ or Ecchi series. It turned out to be not that bad if you've digged a lil bit into the demographic crisis in Japan and other countries. "What the f*ck should we do about this?" - "How about we force them into a NTR? If they do it by themselves, it'd break the family, but if we force them, they'd end up feeling guilty and appreciate their marriage more."

Okay it still feels stoopid but at least they have to make an attempt, right? XDD

The premise of 'non consensual technically, but since the government did it, it is legal' lol.

This chapter 6, I don't know if I'm going to be pissed or not:
1. if this organization is 'illegal' and are just kidnapping people just by selling live sex videos / recorded sex videos, since police is now involved.
2. He is not usual stereotype beta cuck which has micropenis. He is just loyal to Chinami and overall nice guy, to the point that it goes against him now.
Given on #2, it seems this is geared to was cheating than NTR after this. I wouldn't be surprised now down the road:
1.) Chinami learns Fumiya's ED is gone with Futaba, then:
a.) a threesome will happen if Chinami is not yet pregnant. b.
b.) Chinami cheats and will become slut now.
2.) Chinami is pregnant by now which will be shown later and push Fumiya to commit cheating to Futaba.

For now, the disappointment for me is probably because it will betray the ā€œOfficialā€ part of the title. It’s going to be just normal affairs.
But there’s a kind of relief because that kind of plot can quickly devolve to ā€œorganiser gives task ==> characters doing the task ==> new taskā€ loop. It also make the story stall because that’s the kind where it will just normalise thing as ā€œI’m just following orderā€.

I like the cheating route.
My prediction is Chinami still haven’t go all the way, not just to avoid readers calling her slut, but more to guilt trip Fumiya (Chinami hasn’t had sex with her partner, but Fumiya already put it into Futaba).
The stress from guilt of hiding things from Chinami made his ED worse, which in turn put more stress on Chinami (why can’t she make him feel good, even after all that happened).
Meanwhile, Fumiya and Futaba both works in the same company, so they will have to meet each other one way or another. So the cheating will happen (especially after what happened, Futaba might have given up her husband).

There’s also the angle that his colleague is the mastermind, but he got away because he pose as ā€œvictimā€.

Micropenis trope sucks, really. The ntr guys usually have better technique and experience. That alone is enough without having to throw in the big dick energy. (looking at the current arc’s villain in Isekai NTR).

Well to be honest that's what I'm rooting for, on how the author, if he is such NTR master, on how can he make it not stale at all, on how mandates incorporate something like a rebellion from the characters instead of outright following orders. Just disappointed.

Yeah, this might really the case. Cheating , not NTR. I'm really rooting for NTR though haha.
Yeah Fumiya's colleague, I really think he has something to do with it. Again ( sorry for repeat loop ) as mentioned , Chapter 1 has 'too many coincidences'. He just wants to steal Chinami I think, but then again the premise of 'government mandated adultery' is too complex too pull of coming from an office guy, let alone his rank ( I assume he is still middle management ) unless he has ties to organized crimes, given the police 'rescue'. Why do I feel author will curve this curveball again lol. And at this point since it closes now on first Chapter, I'm kind of wondering what will happen then after?
Lets say we really go to cheating route, then Chinami is taken away, Fumiya cheats. Somehow, it validates the adultery programme since it lets them 'taste' other partners.

Oh yeah that one. Isekai NTR is so good on last arc, so how can the MC compensate from it with techniques and skills. Its like NTR gyaru fights with NTR ugly dilf haha .

You know what? My mind is so caught up in reading all this that it's really confused me. šŸ˜µā€šŸ’«šŸ’«

Even worse than reading the chapters themselves šŸ˜…šŸ˜…šŸ˜…

It makes sense why I don't like and read stories tagged NTR.

Part of this is because I don’t enjoy Second Girlfriend’s ā€œLove gameā€ parts.
The games there is escalating sensual teasing while providing ā€œjust a gameā€ excuse to loosen the participant’s inhibition until they’re carried away by the mood. But after that, it just got hand waved away as a game, like it’s just a fan service time for thrill without lasting consequences.

About Fumiya’s colleague, it’s possible he is just a collaborator (not core team member), helping things like scouting for target.
He knows about some things, and his showing Naruse to Fumiya is just a leaker’s blabbermouth.
But also means he is enjoying this.

I want Chinami to also cross over the line, while also spending enough time to build readers’ attachment to her. It makes the taste of dilemma deeper.
But also worry most ntr-averse readers wouldn’t be able to enjoy it properly. These are the typical people who hates seeing other side of the story from character who wronged the MC.

I have yet to read this but yeah its easy to devolve into this state, which basically has same premise of this manga, of forced mandates.

Same, at least on what is shown. Also for me yes, I mean she will cheat because she is cheated by Fumiya's biology, and she tried hard as wife's duty. For some reason, NTR haters really hate outright branding FMC slut, even if presented like these. .

Is this because of NTR? We are just stating the possible branches, which is the same other good story manga with good twist, not just with NTR. Its just NTR hate presented as confusing possible branches.

Am I mistaken, or did there used to be four chapters up?
Probably in other language.
The raw is at chapter 6 right now.

Added with the fact that we read the raw and is talking based on that (thus avoid putting it in the chapter 1 topic).
While the English translation is stuck in chapter 1.

Kinda wanna bookmark this, just for the shtshow in the comments lol

I really wonder why NTR haters have this weird fetish on going into the comments ANY NTR manga/hentai/etc and start massive ragewar how bad the genre is and complaining about yet another NTR upload.

It's even more weird on most R18 pages since if you made account to comment, you can blacklist the tags. But they dont and just go bitch in the comments.

Yeah. For some reason, they treating this as if their personal space has been violated. This is similar to like a fast food. If you tried it and don't like it, just don't go to these types. Its like, they don't like fast food and go to other fast food establishments and rant or whine that fast food is bad etc. lol.

They’re treating ntr like stoning. A safe target to hate and attack without having to fear repercussion.

Chapter 7 is out. Time skip 4 years....

Well, that’s the second arc starting.

Summary because the scanlation seems to stop.
This whole thing is probably because of the classic case of boss throwing impossible job at their subordinate and tell them ā€œI don’t care about your excuse, just get this doneā€. The bureaucrat tasked to handle the population shrink problem goes rogue and planned for a government-led matchmaking system. From the way it’s worded, this is to arrange marriage partners, not promoting affairs between married couples.

Fumiya and the others strapped into it are experimental subject. Probably to check how effective the matching can get the subjects have sex. That might also explain why they’re rushing the couples to have sex, they need result. Although imo, that intervention should have been considered tampering with the process if the idea is to simply match compatible people and nature will take its course.

Anyway, after what they did, it gets unbearable for Fumiya and Naruse to keep working in the same place together. So Fumiya quit his job (much to the protest of his workplace and family). But he pushes through with Chinami’s support. The government also help to arrange him a new job, albeit in smaller company.

Four years went. Fumiya had been having sex with Chinami to forget the whole thing. His ED problem somehow is fixed. They now had a child who just entered kindergarten, and life had been going well.

Of course, the story still can’t end here. Coincidentally, his son got into the same kindergarten as Naruse’s daughter. Both mother became friend (not realising they both knows Fumiya from that experiment). Until they met again unexpectedly.

Also the series will be just 12 chapters long.

I'm disappointed. Just hoping author did not become coward because of backlash and more of publishing decision...

The publisher's decision may have been decisive because Nikumaru-sensei had said that the manga would be shortened by 12 chapters. And the backlash from the Western community (including China in the middle of all this) also contributed to this.

That was to be expected, so the author will probably steer this manga in a not very good direction.

For Japanese readers, the reactions to the sudden change in premise are quite noticeable.

Yes, and that's why I'm disappointed. I would like the author to cook more on the story.
Abrupt interruption then time skip with weak back storytelling, then enforcing that Chinami and Fumiya did not talk about what happened when they are away each other, which does not make sense. He tries salvaging it by forcing concealment then at the end of this short lived series, it will be mediocre, similar to Aitsu no Kanojo. NTR or not, this is really a bad way of gutting his creation. I'm hoping this will be his redemption from his last manga. Oh well I guess he really needs this job.
I remember an article mangaka that turned into doujin and he was much appreciated when he shifted there. Maybe he needs to reconsider now on his career as mangaka.
