I'm going to say the CCT.
It'll have the same energy as Days of our Lives, but even less context and story. All characters are main characters, everyone is a protagonist and antagonist. There is no plot. The only good ending is the sweet release of the heat death of the universe.
Except it'll get cancelled in less than one chapter/episode.

My spirit TV would be a used 2008 Sony Bravia S-4100, with a ton of defects, yet still works somewhat. (you don't have to be specific)

25" RCA ColorTrak Console Television with a misaligned delta gun and burnt in screen. Speakers crackle hard and if you stare at it long enough, your eyes feel like they're starting to bleed. No connections other than RF.

Circa 1960 RCA CTC-11C. Fully operational, but slow to warm up and the channel selector is a bit finicky.
