I must admit, I lose track of who is who ...

There's no way So-ae would see Yo-il holding the can the same way as Sanghyun and come to the conclusion they might be the same person.
That's just not the route a brain would go (given that this world in general doesn't know its possible).

Most likely is she would think they know each other really well or grew up close.

1. In Korean, the subtitle "아무것도 아닌 날" can be interpreted as 'An ordinary day,' but it also carries the double meaning of 'Someone of no importance.' Therefore, it can be understood as: 'Why Soae became interested in a worthless person like me (Sang-hyeon), even though I am a nobody.

2. Soae carefully observes the way he grips a can while in his 'Yoil' form, noting that it's identical to Sang-hyeon's habit. She also notices that he holds his chopsticks shorter than others, just as Sang-hyeon does. These subtle clues lead her to suspect that Yoil and Sang-hyeon might be the same person, or at the very least, that they are closely connected and know each other very well.

3. Given the manager's mention of a tight schedule with the PD, this episode is likely the final one for the trainees. It seems Group A and B are meant to select additional members who harmonize well with the fixed debut members (Won-jin and Izumi), while Group C is highly likely to be treated as a discard

Sorry if my English is a bit off, I'm using a translator.
3/5 of group C has a death flag (minji (self admittedly bad physique), hyojeong(bad eval), suryeon (impending health/mental breakdown)) lol, one is a literal child and the other is obsessed with the debut boyband, wallahi it's already over for them.

yeah, no other characters are dumb enough and so untethered from reality to believe such an outlandish scenario other than the fuckboy lol

Lee Wonjin is such a fun character to be around; she is now my second favorite trainee after the MC, surpassing Oh Minji. Unnie Bae is a bit boring and basic. Since I don't really know anything about K-pop or idols in general, how valid is Suryeon's criticism regarding her? She is quite a bit older than others and doesn't really have the time or luxury to be a "big sister" to the trainees; for her, it is a "debut or retire" situation.

Probable 4/5 debutants (2 confirmed): Lee Wonjin, Sato Izumi, MC (Han Yoil), the "six-packs girl"? (Could be more maybe even Suryeon, Soae and even Minji if more than 4 are allowed, I don't really have much expectations from Bae and Dabi)

As others have said, Unnie Bae is not outstanding. Now that she is in a group with Minji—who has no expectations and is just along for the ride while it lasts—and Suryeon, who is mentally and perhaps physically unwell (given she hasn't had a period for two months and is fighting with a group member), Group C has the worst chances.

That’s a really random lineups. Hopefully Yoil will reconcile with Izumi with the awkwardness, and finally the 15 yrs old six-pack girl will have her screen time. And wow Yuri, besides Bitch A I never like her as well bitching on Dabi, I think we never saw her interact with Yoil, let’s see how will this goes.

Why this chapter ended so quickly, too many times wasted on flashbacks. I wish we can have like 3 chapters per week

So-ae Nooo. Poor So-Ae. I don't want her to be hurt. Hopefully it's something that can be resolved. Our MC is not best communicator...

I mostly agree with your possible debut group make up, 5 slots isn't much. Esp. considering 2 is already taken. My own guess of the debut group makeup will probably be:
Confirmed: Lee Wonjin, Sato Izumi, and the MC (duh)
Just about confirmed: So-ae
Highly probable: six-pack gal, and dabi
Quite unlikely: Suryeon, and Hyojeong

Talking about them from narrative potential, group dynamic, and whats already setup. So-ae is pretty much guaranteed considering we are nowhere near close from tapping out the potential she has for the story, she's probably going to be the other (actual) love interest competing with Iruha. Serving as an anchor to her male body and life much like Iruha does. This monthly eval arc will most likely be the last one before the debut idol arc, and that timeframe is not nearly enough to exhaust all of her character narrative threads.

The rest i'm not sure about. But here's ones I think will probably get in Mooyoung (six-pack gal) is introduced relatively late and is portrayed as quite competent and socially aloof, we don't know much about this girl but she has been hinted quite a lot in previous chapters and is going to probably explored more in this arc. She might be exhausted of narrative juice by the end of the arc but I dunno. I don't see why Mooyoung won't get in, especially with her placing just before the confirmed debut members and Suryeon. Plus I think she might complement well with MC social aloofness in the future.

Dabi has a pretty good chance at entering too, unserious sidekicks rarely gets canned and she just recently entered MC's friend group. I just don't see her getting booted so quickly with how new of an addition she is in the story. It's unlikely we'll see much of her considering they're in different groups too.

Next on is on who I think probably won't make the cut: Suryeon is hinted to have an impending physical/mental breakdown soon, probably in this very arc. Besides, she has been the closest thing to an antagonist the show has. What better way of finishing the long trainee arc with the MC getting the upperhand on her rival. Her downfall would make a pretty good critique of how mentally and physically taxing the idol trainee process is to these teenage girls. Someone has to fall y'know, and Suryeon has been telegraphed to be the fall girl.

Hyojeong (the OG homegirl, no disrespect.) time is probably out too, her personality is too similar to that of So-ae's and she has served her use of being the kind older girl that MC befriends, marking a landmark in MC's idol progression (not being a total social outcast after her embarassing girlfailure first day). Frankly, MC has grown past the need to rely on her in the story.... and that death flag on the eval report was a killer for sure.

My personal bet to the reason Hyojeong is still a trainee despite being so old (idol-wise) is because of how much of a positive factor she has on the brightest of trainees: Suryeon (who was noted to be her friend prior to the personality change) and the MC. I feel she has the role of the informal emotional support teacher for the trainees as they settle in.

Her kind, and caring attitude and also her being a fellow trainee makes her a dependable person to trainees newly settling in (especially with her past idol experience). Management probably sees her as very useful in this regard, as she is more beneficial to the trainees mental and social wellbeing than any actual emotional support coach can ever be (remember that time the parang CEO made a powerpoint speech? lol).

Suryeon flatout says this in her tantrum towards her, how Hyojeong being so kind and supportive is a way to not get kicked off the trainee list, Suryeon thinks this persona is made-up but knowing Hyojeong its probably sincere and her real self (unlike her's manufactured personality lol, lmao). Management will probably eternally keep her as a trainee due to this usefulness as being the informal coach for struggling trainees. The only hole in this theory that I can think of is how she is an outcast much like the MC....

just binged this series. i'm really gonna miss minji if she gets sidelined, other than MC she's my fave lol (i also had found some cute art of the two of them which is definitely colouring my opinion!)

in terms of the debut, there could definitely be more than 4. not sure if theres an average or anything but i can think of big name IRL groups with 4, 5, 6, 7 and even 9 members. not that it would make much sense for a 9 person group given the amount of characters introduced, but hey, if the author really likes Twice then you never know :p

either way im just gonna keep a hold of the minji copium over the next couple months lmao

been reading a ton of gender/bodyswap stuff lately and it's making me realise how good this actually is. like it's super rare for a genderswap story to go this long (i get that 50 chapters isn't that long, but still) and stay interesting throughout without ever going into the weird fetishistic tropes you see in a lot of the other stories like this

something i'm still wondering about is how the idol agency knew sanghyun would become han yoil once they used the bath bomb. it's not like they would've just gone to some random guy, not knowing who they were in their past life, and given them some technology that could potentially turn them into a tree frog

Manager Han knows Sanghyun's grandma who could see his past self as a sort of guardian angel.
Both also seem to have a connection to that mountain village shown in the prologue, and it wouldn't surprise me at all if manager Han is somehow related to that past life given how similar they are in appearance.

It's amazing for that, it giving you so much to chew on makes the weekly wait fairly painless. Very re-readable.
This is my first week waiting for this manhwa to update. and I literally reread it again last week, because I wasn't really good with Korean names and missed few details on the first read, still most of the chapters especially those with Iruha/Lee Ruha (what is her real stage name if anyone can read Korean, the official names seems like a Japanese name lol) or MC dealing with problems of adjusting in his new body and Idol monthly training climax felt so fresh, Only chapters I felt bit bored was So-Ae ones so that would be the last few ones.
