Well, it was made with dungeon materials; GIven how much some gunpla or Kotobukiya figures go for, a conventional materials version is probably possible. Given how they are meant to be EARNED in the original story though, possibly it isn't acceptable to just buy one?

possible sure, but the issue is that it's too fancy for merch. keep in mind these merchs are done in relatively small production runs, so that drives the cost up. a proper version would probably be too expensive to sell.
also it looks like it has a jewel in the middle.

also, gunpla and figures benefit from well-developed production expertise and tooling, even if the individual products are different.
