If you look on page 9 and 15 it looks like she has a collar, like it doesn't look like shadow. Then when she's naked it isn't there.

The story typically does progress fast when you aren't dealing with bullshit and fanservice. Unfortunately this is like 80%-90% bullshit and fanservice.
