And that was after 10 chapters of just the mc being all lovey dovey with his harem, this author scares me

At least in this manga it doesn't seem to have much of that, I do hope the voice in his head is just a part of his subconscious or something and not an actual separate being

I think is a rape for both of them since even the guy is not consenting, so is not something being done just to the guy, the girl "actually enjoying it" is hentai/porn logic.
I have seen a couple of stories where the girl had to have some sex for plot reasons but it was in most cases rape. So is trash in those cases as well and I dropped those stories too.
