I'd say it could be a fair estimation depending on how naturally big she is in her lean mass. Judging by other girls and the MC, she must be of fairly average height. She's not obese, of course, but looking at her I'd say she could go down from 77kg to 55kg easily and safely, and she'd benefit of it greatly health, longevity and quality of life wise, while still remaining soft, without bones sticking out anywhere.

3) Going to a respectable brothel. A good, honest whore would probably be much cleaner than your average partying woman, and would probably be much better in making your time pleasant, memorable and relaxing.
