MangaDex is literally the best for its community for said manga though. There's a lot of manga here I would never touch if I didn't find the forum side hilarious.

I know, I was making a joke (imagine reading manga)
the thing is, most of the time I read on aniyomi (an app), it's more convenient, but going to the comments is a bother. I only really go to the comments when a chapter is really good or on series I read as they air (like iruma-kun)

no. once a defaultbro has been quoted in the Lounge at least 10 times it's basically confirmation that they're ensouled. it's rare, but it happens.

First it's getting a non-default PFP + x points in an arbitrary list.
Then 1k posts or having been around for a year.
Now all one needs is just being quoted 10 times to be accepted. 😅

I made it in one of the silly "what I think about forum member X" lists, so I'll take that as the real achievement.

The aggregator site I'm using has so few comments. I prefer the MD threads, even if the title was nuked. Surprisingly, I'm not the only one who does that

that's what it takes to be visible (as i unignore at that point). acceptance comes in many shapes and forms. sometimes it's 1,000 messages, and sometimes it's a Roland pfp.

i'm thankful that the comment sections still exist (though i wish they were also easily visible for removed chapters (like Mangaplus ones)). i'm not sure "enjoy" would be accurate to describe how i feel about that manga, but i definitely recommend it to people who like that kind of freaky stuff (and i have before). i remember it going really fast since there's hardly any dialogue/panels per page. you could easily read it in one sitting.

Maybe they'll actually go with the OG interface style for that side? Wishful thinking I know..

Speaking of which, what the hell is up with the circle pfps? So disgusting.. Why does every site these days update their interface to include it over the superior square pfps? And don't get me started on how animated pfps are exclusive to only supporters.

Apparently I have a soul and I don't get put on an ignore list. Sounds like some type of acceptance to me.
