Black Soul is a RPG maker game so they use some sprites that other RPG maker games use also, for example the knight sprites. So you might be confusing them. Though I believe the enemies in my screenshot are all original content made by the creator.
I remember the doll like girl enemy pretty well. I used to play a hell lot of rpg maker games once, so I may have played it in passing before.
