Seiten's hand was justly refused, but the author did not depict the logical reason.

Of course, one can easily say that the author can arbitrarily say that the reason can be whatever he chooses after the fact or in medias res, but he could have also said that Punpuku's name was actually Manpuku this whole time, as of the last page of this chapter and just as arbitrarily--even with the name of the chapter being what it is.

Let’s be fair. Even if he is chased off and runs to that village, whole gang (including the fairy folk boy, and potentially even reception oyakodon duo) would just follow him and make a small and tranquil village the center of debauchery of the region. Not even to mention they will leave their original town without an ace and any guards.
