We don't know what Rika calls "Ultimate Love." We don't even know if all of this really started by accident. I mean, it would've been dumb if Rika somehow made Sasuke's coworker show her husband the video, but dumber things were written in highly successful manga...

It may be as that. But i've been thinking that, in this stance, her plan already backshot her. When he was with Satsuki, he was thinking about Akiba already. Their entaglement seems to point out that as well.
To me, the only reason we got this cliffhanger, is because of one thing: if Sousuke does have an NTR fetish, to which woman will he think about? He was cheated on, and may as well have a lingering taste for NTR. He did get aroused to Rika's videos earlier. But if he can like Akiba for who she is, then he's probably just lusting over Rika as residual horniness. As for the other AP, it simply might be the person who asked Suguru Terauchi( or even himself) to show Sousuke Momonga and start this story. Is just a small plot piece, but better than everything starting at random because of "yes, it was simple as that".
