I have seen some ridiculous romcom shenanigans in my days, but this series  easily has the most absurd context for fan service I have ever encountered. The contrivances the characters find themselves in are a special kind of stupid.

I think the manga "Why the Hell Are You Here, Teacher!?" with anime adaptation has more contrived situations, though that one is basically series of erotic gags based on as absurd fanservice as author could think of.

There was one manga though that I remember one scene of, with crossdressing butler girl who was attending to her master or something in boys-only school, something like that, which had the male MC fall into her when she started changing, and somehow end up not only with his head inside her shirt, but also with his hand inside her pants and panties, IIRC. That was the most absurd "lucky pervert" moment I've ever seen.

This manga pains me. It is so weirdly and clearly a fan-service delivery platform, but then we actually get a lead character that isn't as dense as a neutron star and acts their age and isn't comically flustered by the suggestion that there is potential for romance

before it released, the promotional material for this manga was targetting Japanese people and socialization stuff. One of the things they stressed was her accent.

I think the author is maximizing as much norm breaking as possible for Tokyoites (people from Tokyo), which he knows makes it hard to process interactions. To us non-Japanese readers, we might miss those potentials for misunderstanding. And the author is going to push to edge with this awkward artstyle. To me, it's clear the author knows what he/she is doing, and with full authority on their vision.

One was Sono Akuyaku Kizoku, Mama Heroine ga Sukisugiru ~Shinshi na Doryoku de Saikyou to Nari Fuguu na Oshi Character Tasukemakuru~ (a game world isekai where the MC is reincarnated into a villain role in a saucy RPG, but he's got a massive MILF fetish so he goes after a whole bunch of side characters and character moms). It was in the volume 28.5 Omake chapter

The other one I can't recall, and looking at my update feed from 3-4 days ago I don't see a title that jumps out as being the other (and I don't have time to re-read everything to find it)
