It's against the ToU if you're releasing the original not the scanlation of that said translation.
What is the difference? Is there any transformation between the original and the scanlation? Based on the second page it sounds like they're ripping the official translation itself.
I don't want an other mangadex exodus because a scanlation group is just stealing official translations.

I compared the "scanlated" ch 98 to the official one and they straight up copied the homework. I found one panel where they zoomed and cropped the official one to make it a little different, but everything else is essentially identical. They didn't clean the raws to make this. If anything some panels look even worse from some kind of filter or sharpening being applied. I would like for them to explain how this isn't plagiarism.

Yeah, honestly I'd rather not have updates to a particular manga than have another exodus because of one scanlator group messing things up...
OFC it's a different thing if the license is expired and they are no longer updating on the official site, but that needs to be mentioned.
