I went back and checked, so many of the Academy's more gifted students had high single-digit or low double digit levels while Shiromi's introduction didn't bother to state hers so she was presumably Lv. 0/1 at the start. This means after 13 volumes and 53 chapters she's finally reached Lv. 1/2!
