As for the reason, I'd say it's simply because Baal's aware of Shiida's affection and knew that it was getting to the point that she'd betray them for the sake of Iruma.

I think the reason is a lot simpler than that. Iruma isn’t just gonna sit there while his teacher is getting murdered. He’s gonna fight back against border patrol, meaning he is 1,000,000% getting arrested. And I’m gonna guess it won’t take very long to determine that he’s actually human.

So Shiida's memories returned not only to Iruma, but also to several demons. So, Iruma's regaining his memories wasn't due to his being human, but instead because someone broke the spell? But who? Was it Wett on Baal's orders? Could Ball intend to sacrifice Shiida for his own purposes? Or perhaps it was Narnia's doing? Could Narnia use the excuse of Shida's arrest to get close to Iruma, intending to reveal his humanity and then capture or kill him?

If her cover was blown, then the first order of business would've been to tell her and get her out of there. Not tell her to stay near Iruma.

We have to keep in mind that Narnia was the one to approve of both Shiida and Atori's transfers in the first place, so he's aware of their statuses as criminals (especially considering that he's working with Baal).

Bro, Baal has zero reason to want Delkira back. Delkira's the civilized demon king who's largely shut down warfare in the demon world and cultivated a nice world with schooling, high art and whatnot. Baal just wants the DOOM version of hell.
