It's a manga series that doesn't have an official English version. There are a total of 133 chapters, but only the first 77 chapters have been translated. The last translation was 3 years ago.

It has a really compelling story with many interesting characters growing in maturity by being forced to confront complex moral dilemmas. It was previously licensed in English, but the service shut down over a year and a half ago with nobody picking up the series since then.
