Is “Harem-Army” technically a sub genre yet? Like MC has a harem, yeah, but it’s composed of capable/strong/enhanced combat-focused women? There are a bunch and I think it’s just fun to read.
It's a trope called Battle Harem and is essentially what you describe.

Well, Zaid's back. I wonder how long until she freaks out again. The noble lady is still hilarious, she will not unsee that for a long while.

but they didn't even show the sex, like, wtf is the point of all that?
Because that part is "Volume Exclusive" material.
That's it? I've been looking forward to seeing these brats get fucked and it was basically skipped. What a disappointing chapter.
Like i said, that's Volume Exclusive material.
Same thing happened with rest of the girls as well before.

Unless something radically changes of course and the story goes in a different direction.
Well, they are currently restricted inside the City itself.
And we know that, people from other worlds are summoned to this world to fight in wars.
So, there is that plot left as well.
Maybe, the current plot is just MC creating his own army, which he would later use it as a mercenary group to fight in wars and slowly increase his own influence.

As per the story, Gender Change Skill is heavily restricted, and unauthorized usage of the skill is heavily punished (probably because it could easily be misused to commit crimes and escape getting caught).

The only place where the Skill is allowed to be used is in the Coliseum, and only against the loser.

As for the girls getting the D, well that depends on many factors.
Firstly, all single battles in the Coliseum are held in opposite pairing (aka., one opponent would be a male and the other female).
If the Male wins, then there is no usage of Gender Change Skill.
If the Female wins, then the Male is subjected to the Gender Change Skill , while the Female gets to use the D Grow Skill.

Now the thing is, unless the girls under MC fight in Solo matches against male opponents, the chance of the D Grow Skill being showcased in low.
As until now, all the matches had featured MC as the primary opponent (even in tag team). So, all the targets for his win where females (the tag team battles originally had the rule of getting the female of the loser, but it got changed later on to both the losers go to the winner, based on demand of MC's opponents).

Maybe, the next round of battles would be about MC acting as the strategists and not fighting in the battles, while his girls fight in single and doubles round.
In this scenario, its possible to see MC's girls with D's.

Though on a side note, i wonder what happened to the slaves that those girls (aka., men who got turned into female) had before MC defeated them.
I think there was a chapter which showcased them in action for MC's training but nothing clear was mentioned regarding them.

September? I'm done for 🥀
SEPTEMBER??
Its mentioned as "September Issue", meaning the release is going to be in August (i mean they did say the series is on break in next issue).
In publication, if a month is mentioned, the release is usually one month before that.

Aka., June Issue means it releases in May, and August Issue means it releases in July, etc.
