Everything happening all at once … Botan's melancholy with Ibuki, Jinran's inferiority complex, and now Akane making decisions and falling into habits that she knew Yaeka hated. Never expected to see a slowmo bus crash on my cool yuri alcohol manga.

As a recovering alcoholic (1,271 days), I'm conflicted by the series. I feel that it over-glamorizes alcohol. Noone is shown with a hangovers or doing stupid things that alcoholics later regret. However, I find the story, especially the anime, as being one of the best SOLs ever. I do hope Botan finds her earring, Akane finds her calling without ruining her relationship with Yaeka, and Chin-lan & Gujo decide what they are to each other, but....

Never expected to see a slowmo bus crash on my cool yuri alcohol manga.

...perhaps the real impact of alcohol will rear show itself in this series.
