Guess we'll see though I'm sure it'll be brought up. Also I don't see how this extends a lot the original doujin is incredibly short.

So it's definitely a mistranslation. Unless they localized it as her acting like a virgin teasing him and that's why he reacted saying stop teasing him. Idk not a very good localization if so, I'm too lazy to check jp raws though...

I checked the raw for you, and the original line is "初めてなんだからね". A literal translation of that is "it's the first time". No pronouns attached. The ね at the end makes me think she's talking about him, since ね is often used to ask for confirmation or to show that you're not 100% certain about your statement.
