Okay, this guy is not on the wrong!
The protagonist is too much of a downer, keeps judging people and assuming the worst of them and refuses to acknowledge his fiancée wants to be happy with him despite how much she shoves on his face that she wants him!

Shuuji needs a good wake up call to reality, and people outside of his family and Miran confronting him is a great start.
The problem is that this story hasn't made a case for him being such a downer, and considering how long it takes between updates, it feels like he hasn't moved a step for 2 whole years since his introduction.

I hope the story goes somewhere interesting with this.
