He will reject (softly) Fumi and write the script while basing it on his feelings for Sakura, the script will be all the much more powerful since it will encompass Shinobu's feeling post breakup, compared to a script based off of him trying to fall in love with a different girl. Im going to be honest if he rejects fumi then there is no hope for this manga and I will be avoiding this author's future works like the plague. Will I completely drop this manga no I'm 3 years in but I will no the ending will suck absolute ass this author can't write at all and I wasted 3 years reading an ntr that should have ended at most at 40 chapters.

Even if he rejects Fumi in the main storyline they can always go and add in a bonus 131.5 "What if he didn't reject her" at some point for the Fumi fans later on is my take, because I know that Fumi is a good girl (did do some sus things) and deserves all the best but Shinobu and Sakura are getting a reunion and we'll see what goes from there

Once again you guys need to recognize that there's no plot twist whatsoever. No roundabout way too show that anything here it isn't as if it's shown. Fuckboi isn't evil, or clever he just wanted to fuck her brains out and be in a relationship with her. Blonde girl isn't evil but just wanted a friend in the same job as her (low budget TV treadmill), it might be a shitty acting career for Sakura and it might have unforeseen consequences (like sleeping around with higher ups and directors) but she chose this path.

Sakura is not a victim of a master plan, she's not depressed due to a break up, she doesn't even feel guilty. She's as happy as she can be, getting railed day and night. She might be sad and envious over her career in low budget TV instead of the increasingly likely prestige film career path of Fumi and Shinobu but that's it.

You might be right but nothing in the story so far corroborates anything you just wrote. It might be as you say but it might be that she only had sex that night and nothing else since. All the options are open at this point. I bet there are multiple story boards to choose from depending on the sales and backlash of the current and future chapters.

Nothing against Fumi but she is the reason the misunderstanding happened and I could see that being one of the reasons Shinobu will refuse, he doesn't blame her but views them as coworkers. Shinobu now sleeping with Fumi will also remove the importance of clearing up the misunderstanding which feels self-destructive and we've had plenty of that already. Like you say tis all just guess work we're throwing around for the sake of it to see which side is more likely to win out.
