that means they waited for the volume raws, which is generally preferable when the magazine/web raws are censored, though that isn't necessarily the case with this series

It’s definitely not the case for this series. The whole mess with chapter 14.5/15 shows they got their raws from raw aggregator sites, not from any official source. Also, this team has a track record of stashing episodes on their paywalled website: even though they don’t do it anymore since they got scolded by MangaDex mods, my trust in them hasn’t fully returned.
