Soo, plot twist? Another plot twist would be his grandma just tossed him and these girls (women?) as a decoy and secretly training the real heir to the organization herself.
Another plot twist that real heir is his real older sister that was taken away before his birth so he doesn’t know about her.
And twist on top of the twist is granny actually cares about her grandson and trains a new heir so she could finally retire and live with him in the boonies.
And final twist - granny blah-blahed so much about him to his sister, so when she finally meets him, she decides to screw the organization too and just live with her little brother with an unhealthy bro con side effect.
