Nagi about to be like “Gurl! he would NEVER cheat! I shoot my shot on the reality show (and had a VERY convincing argument), but he still rejected me for you! Did you talked to him at all?” And then (maybe) sakura will begin to realize how stupid she is. Obviously this won’t be an instant 180 on her mind, but it will plant some seeds on it. Remember that we are talking about a girl that decided to give MC her first time because she overheard a random conversation on how to “overwrite” guilt.
I don’t hate sakura, but she really is a very naive and empty character overall with no personality and just lets everyone else move her around through life. In this moment sakura is not mentally mature enough to have a happy, healthy and lasting relationship with anyone. I doubt author knows what character development means, but I would really love to see sakura being something other than an empty doll.
On a final note hope we finally get some REAL fumi action next time, our boy deserves it, and while I really don’t think it will happen, I hope she is the real endgame.
why are we cutting back to Sakura? Man my only hope is that after this Seggs Protag kun will eventually talk to Sakura and Fumi will catch him talking to her and then also misunderstands then cheats on Protag
