it did lol the drug plot is part of the main story though and the manga adaptation of the cg cut some random part of the tendo sister backstory to show the abuse and mako killing her father which werent depicted in VN nor the original CG and not that sorry ass h-anime adaptation since the original work is comedic so they were like implied

i dunno removing aizawa would have to change how they'd remove mako and her goons so the "investigate the drug trafficking ring" plot was thrown out the window as well

the original CG actually centered around stopping a drug trafficking conspiracy via a hidden camera investigation but the undercover cop to provide said camera and the man who it's put on aka yamada aka the mc got sidelined or weren't in the story so the way of stopping this shit are more original to this lmao

So is Yamada like dead or something? The last time there was any mention of him was chapter 13 when Hiramistu muted her phone or whatever it is when he was trying to get help. So I can only assume that his balls did infact explode and the nurses either did not notice that they weren't getting alerts to do extractions anymore or do not care he's dead. Ever since then manga has gone from 'semen extraction' to 'whatever random bullshittery the nurses get up to'
