I don't think it as a faceplant, i had this girl 185 cm and 2/3 of pre ozempic american woman(about 90-100 kg)
Also for another example, Lady Dimitrescu seemse to weigh just above 200 kg 4/3 of a american woman but twice the height

400+ lbs? Like, while individual examples exist, they are the minority. The average American woman is a lot less. Her height would have to be ridiculous, somewhere between 6.7' and 9+' to have her BMI be anything even close to sane [25-50]. I think we are having kg to pound issues here as Americans still largely measure this stuff in imperial, not metric. So you always got to double check. That was my intention behind my Mars Climate Orbiter joke.
