A girlfriend that wouldn't demand much of him, would just hang out and play games, might be perfect for him. A low key girl who's quiet like he is. You know, basically the opposite of Noa.

I think rihitos thing will become that because he admires noa he cant see her as a romantic partner just yet, he already gets flustered whenever she calls him cute, and theres this weird view he has of her, where if shes not a crybaby he thinks shes a quite capable career woman, whenever he asks her for advice at the job hes really glad for noas input, the most romantic he gets is when noa congratulates him personally, and even then he goes with a very formal "thank you very much" type of answer
with all of that talk about trying make rihito a team leader even if it doesnt happen any of amount of improvement at his job would force him to see himself as noas equal, while noa has to face her complete denial of not having feelings for him

It's pretty obvious he does acknowledge that Noa is attractive, he's made that clear but I get the Impression that he's the type of guy whose like if a girl likes me that cool I'll date her but I'm not actively pursuing a girl.
