Depends on where we pick up from, if it's the exact some point where we left off with Mio Sakura joyriding and Shinobu standing around staring, maybe some interesting things can happen, but if the status quo is maintained and Sakura's "resolve" is really that simple than sure, it can't be helped at that point.

I just don't see where a Nagi sexy time scene fits into the remain plot, her being a double for Fumi won't even make sense since Nagi is a top upcoming young actress atm playing double for Fumi who isn't even a full-time one making a living.

Maybe Shinobu calls in the favor? Nagi shows up out of the blue and smacks Shinobu like she said he would thinking he's a cheater only to learn the truth and tries doing this to apologize....yea idk.
