Its sad how much propaganda managed to trick the uneducated into villainizing the US. Stocks on their own are a great system that gets the wealthy to invest their money back into the economy so they don't just hoard it. It directly creates more jobs and help companies grow.
The problems don't start with investments and stocks, they are simply you get a cut of the profits in exchange for investing. The problems start once you get into weird combo of banking + stocks and other much more elaborate scams. The problems are all when people cheat the system.
Ok corps were fine then came the most disgusting legal idea ever in business the corporation is a "person" in legal cases the hideousness of it is now only dawning all the evils of management the heinous decisions firing ppl like cattle causing ecological damage all boiled down to money no CEO or manager to blame as the corporation is a "person" in legal courts now so ya i wonder where that idea came from i'l not bother filling in the gaps

The problem I have with stocks and by extension corporations is that they insulate the people who profit from the consequences of the company's misdeeds while allowing them to reap the rewards. The only thing shareholders are typically at risk of is losing the value of their shares. It takes some pretty serious wrongdoing and direct involvement by a shareholder to pierce the corporate veil and make a shareholder liable for something a corporation does in pursuit of profit, and the concept of "fiduciary duty to maximize dividends" gives a perverse incentive for the executives of a corporation to pursue legally dubious or outright criminal actions to maximize quarterly earnings, sometimes to the detriment of long term profitability. In a single-owner or partnership style business when somebody breaks the law the owners can be directly penalized so they're more likely to keep things above board. I'll close out my rant by quoting an old joke: "I'll believe corporations are people when Texas executes one."
That is a failure of the legal system not a failure of business or capitalism.

The problems in the US have nothing to do with capitalism. They are all things the government control, legal system, health care, heck rent freezes and immigration jacking up rent.

But people are being told the rich are the problem, its the corporations, its not at all, sure there are some that are problems, mostly the unregulated tech ones. But the real problem even there is the failure of the legal system and other government bodies. But the real drain is the politicians and the misuse of tax payers money. These problems have nothing to do with capitalism, yet quite a large crowed is believing the use should become communist. Its a worrying stupidity.

Like, the curvature on every panel showing the moon just makes this seem like the smallest "moon" ever and you could walk across the entire circumference in a few minuted as if it was some Mario Galaxy thing. Technically something this small doesn't even have enough gravity to become round  this is called hydrostatic equilibrium threshold, and it does depend on what the body is made out of among other things. it's pretty interesting and is used in definitions of what is a planet/dwarf planet

It's not that the problem is intrinsic to capitalism or any other economic system, it's that they organized by humans who have an unfortunate tendency to allow the wealthy to optimize their economic systems to incentivize their own greed. Corporations are just one aspect of that, because they're one of those optimizations that allows people who have more material wealth than they need to live comfortably to set aside some of that wealth so it can endlessly create more, without any risk to their day to day existence. It's that removal of risk I object to. When a non-corporate business folds, the owners can be made to pay off the business's outstanding debts (or declare bankruptcy). When a corporation folds the creditors are screwed and the shareholders can only lose the value of their shares. And that's not even getting into the horseshit that is venture/vulture capitalism, all of which is "legal" because the people that profit from it write and enforce the laws.

All correct, I am just sick of all those trying to push the capitalism = evil, or wealthy = evil by trying to over simplify the problem as well as shifting the blame.
It is becoming more and more a politically driven divided of hate the rich, but only the corporate rich not the political rich. The problem lies much more in corruption than in corporations, if we got our politicians under control, and legal systems they would reign in the problematic corporations.

But as is its just greedy people who want a excuse to confiscate wealth. As well as people buying communist talking points.

Capitalism is amoral, at best.
Capitalism has no issue with child slaves, mass poisoning and pollution, or worker deaths; to name only a few reprehensible outcomes.
The only places where such outcomes have been reduced - not eliminated - have had to physically fight to secure those protections.

Billionaires should not exist, and are a living condemnation of the system.
Only in a world where poverty and deprivation have been eliminated - which they could be - could you even attempt excuses for such obscene wealth.

Do you have any idea of the scale involved?
Example: If you had 1 billion dollars, and 4% interest on it, you would receive 40 million dollars a year; that would return approximately 110 thousand dollars a day, for doing absolutely nothing on your part.

Do you really have any sense of the scale?

As for accusations of evil...

Billionaires could functionally end world hunger, and ensure that no child must ever go without essential nutrition.
So, why not do that? Why not apply their full economic weight to the scale, and save countless lives?
(It's not as though the world wouldn't honor such an act; anyone responsible would be a global hero, and firmly cemented in the history books.)
The simplest answer is that they see no value in doing so; it does nothing to increase their personal wealth, so they don't care.

Pop Quiz:
  1. If you can save lives - at no real detriment to yourself - and you actively choose not to, are you not complicit in the suffering and death that follows?
  2. If you decide that widespread suffering and death is an acceptable outcome, is it not reasonable for others to call that "evil" ?
  3. Should any one person really hold such power over the life and death of so many others?

Whining about criticism of capitalism is akin to a medieval serf defending the depredations of aristocratic landlords; it's weirdo behavior, disconnected from material reality.
